Frequently Asked Questions

What is a package?

A package represents a real equipment or distribution order — e.g. a fleet of electric scooters, a shipping container of stock — split into purchasable units. Buying a unit funds part of that order.

How is daily income calculated?

dailyIncome = purchase price × the package's daily rate, per unit you own. Total projected income = daily income × the cycle length in days. This is calculated server-side and shown before you buy — never a promise made after the fact.

Is my principal returned?

No — your principal stays invested for the life of the platform; only the daily income is paid out during a package's cycle.

How do withdrawals work?

Request a withdrawal from your available balance (subject to a minimum and maximum, and a processing fee). It's reviewed before funds are sent — you can track its status in your Wallet, and cancel it while it's still pending.

How does the referral program work?

Every account gets a unique referral code and link. When someone you referred makes a qualifying investment, you earn a commission — the rate and qualifying minimum are set by the platform and shown on your Team page.

Are returns guaranteed?

No. Projected returns are estimates based on a package's stated rate and cycle — they are not guaranteed, and every package carries a stated risk level.
